The guided meditations in the App are easy to follow yet extremely powerful. Every meditation provides the meditator with an inexplicable experience of inner joy. Below are a few guidelines that will set optimal conditions and greatly enhance your receptivity of the meditation practices:
Before starting the meditation, please sit in a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed for at least 25 minutes.
Please keep your phone on silent mode or airplane mode to avoid being disturbed during the meditation.
Sit in a cross – legged posture, with your spine comfortably erect. You can sit on a chair if sitting on the ground is not convenient to you.
Play your desired meditation from the App, preferably with headphones.
Gently close your eyes and slowly inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Do not pay any attention to the activity of the mind and body during the meditation, simply BE.
Listen to the chants and the mystic sounds in the meditation. Don’t try to like or dislike them in any terms just listen to them in sheer awareness. Submitting yourself to the power of ‘I AM’, will tremendously improve your meditation experience.
Observe yourself throughout the meditation. You will feel a sense of stillness and peace within.
Be grateful and drench yourself in this abundant shower of grace. It will heal you in wonderful ways.
The meditations can be done anytime throughout the day. It should ideally be done twice a day– once in the morning and once in the evening. However if you have time and you want to practice more often, you can.
For best results practice the meditation with gratitude and devotion for as many number of days as possible. Daily meditation reduces the mental activities of the mind and takes the mind to a state of silence which is focused on its own self, the existence. A continuous, constant practice helps you elevate your consciousness by dissolving negative psychic impressions and thus engineers outstanding levels of happiness in your life. The more frequently you connect with Supramental energies, the easier it becomes to manifest a life of holistic abundance.

There is no need to chant any Mantras. Being aware of your “I AM”and listening to the meditations attentively will itself bring excellent results.
